Weigh-in results show boxer nearly a half-pound over weight.

Weights for Friday's April 1st fight at the DC Armory between Adrien Broner and Ashley 'Treasure' Theophane are in.   Theophane weighed in at a solid 140 lbs.  His opponent,  Adrien 'The Problem' Broner, not so much.  Hiding behind a towel Broner stripped down to his bare self - hoping to make weight.  Broner stepped on the scales weighing in at 140.4 lbs.

Before the weigh-in Broner could be heard in his Maybach coughing profusely (or gagging) perhaps in a last ditch weight-loss effort to void himself of unwanted food or liquids to help him reach the required weight.

Adrien Broner and Anthony Theophane stare each other down during Thursday's weigh-in at Bald Eagle Rec. Center.
"A half a pound ain't nothing, but it means more when you're trying to lose that weight", said Theophane in a post weigh-in interview.

Weights including D.C. fighters Anthony Peterson, Patrick Harris and Kareem Martin as well as Baltimore, Md.'s Gervonta Davis are posted below, respectively.

The weigh-in was moved from the initial venue at the National Harbor to the Bald Eagle Recreation Center in S.W., D.C.  Fights that are scheduled to take place in D.C. cannot have weigh-ins in the state of Maryland, we're told.

Regarding Broner's legal matter, we're told that Broner's legal team is handling the issue and that Friday's fight will take place.

Said Broner Wednesday in the last press conference before Friday's anticipated matchup, "Anything is tough when you have a lot of things coming your way. I have tunnel vision. It's fight time. I'm locked-in until I get the job done."

Good luck to all the fighters.  We see the hard work you put in.
