If it's hot in Washington, DC you know it's time for Redskins Training Camp.
Head Coach Mike Shanahan will kick off his inaugural training camp with the Washington Redskins on Thursday, July 29, at Redskins Park with fifteen practices open to the public, highlighted by Fan Appreciation Day on Saturday, August 7, at noon.
Word of advice...
Before coming to training camp, fill out your Training Camp Fan Invitation, available now on www.redskins.com . Print the invite and bring it with you.

As mentioned, the practices (listed below) are open to the public, and are free of charge. (Dan's not charging you for parking).
Parking lots will open approximately 90 minutes prior to the scheduled start of practice and gates will open one hour prior to the start of each practice.

Former Redskins guard Russ Grimm will be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on August 7, 2010. Grimm, a starter on the O-line famously nicknamed "The Hogs," is the 26th Redskin Hall of Famer.
