The Washington Wizards welcomed former Minnesota Timberwolves, Randy Foye and Mike Miller to the Washington, DC franchise last evening during an NBA Draft watch and media invited press conference at the Verizon Center.
Both additions promise a winning attitude and express a will to win, and hope to mesh well with Gilbert Arenas and the rest of the team.
Fired up and ready to go, Wizards' newly acquired (and confident) head coach, Flip Saunders said, "I wish we could start tomorrow."

Washington received cash considerations from the Houston Rockets in exchange for the draft rights to Jermaine Taylor. Taylor was initially selected by Washington with the 32nd overall pick in the 2009 NBA Draft.
"Yesterday we added two solid, proven veterans in Mike Miller and Randy Foye to our roster," said Wizards' president, Ernie Grunfeld. "We already had a great week, and by trading the rights to our second-round pick we were able to add to our flexibility going forward."
As Oklahoma's Blake Griffin takes the #1 spot with the Los Angeles Clippers, and Larry Flynn goes to Minnesota via the number 5 selection, here's how the remaining 2009 NBA draft prospects measured up.
