Fox5 DC's Shawn Yancy to host Girls Night Out For a Good Cause

Please join us for the 10th Girls' Night Out Benefit by Washington, DC News Anchor Shawn Yancy on Saturday, June 23rd at the
Katzen Arts Center in NW Washington, DC.

This extraordinary event will help support the programs and services offered by the
Recreation Wish List Committee.
Come out and help us raise money for The Recreation Wish List Committee; a D.C. based 501(c)(3) dedicated to funding educational and recreation programs at the Southeast Tennis & Learning Center for kids in DC's wards 7 & 8. 

Girls' Night Out by Shawn Yancy is an interactive fundraiser that includes: an open bar, exquisite food tastings, pampering, mini-makeovers, exclusive performances, shopping from more than 25 pop-up boutiques, a fashion show and networking... all for a great cause! And YES... men are welcome! 

Girls' Night Out by Shawn Yancy draws 300+ men and women from the hill to the c-suite, local celebrities, executives, fashionistas, professional athletes, bloggers and so many more from the diverse Washington, DC community.

Service Spotlight
The Southeast Tennis and Learning Center (SETLC) combines academics, cultural enrichment, technology and tennis to inspire young people and challenge them to take pride in their accomplishments, and value the efforts and achievements of others.
(Top) In the Computer Science class, SETLC scholars create and apply programming skills to design personal websites, kid gaming and coding.

Former First Lady of Washington, D.C., Cora Masters Barry founded the Recreation Wish List Committee (RWLC) and The Southeast Tennis and Learning Center (SETLC) in collaboration with the District of Columbia Department of Parks and Recreation.
