It's Draft Day for the WNBA and the home team, Washington Mystics. The Mystics have made their top selection to carry the 2013 season and select Tayler Hill in the first round (4th overall) of the 2013 WNBA draft. Hill is a 5-10 guard from Ohio State University who averaged 15.3 points and 3.9 rebounds per game during her career as a Buckeye.
Let's hope Hill can hone in on the formula for a successful Mystics season.
Brittney Griner, a Baylor standout, won the honor of the being the first pick of the 2013 WNBA Draft. She's headed off to Phoenix. When she's not working on the basketball court, Griner likes to work on cars.
