The DC Rollergirls return to action this Saturday at the DC Armory with a doubleheader bout to start off the New Year. Saturday’s doubleheader features DC DemonCats vs. Cherry Blossom Bombshells followed by Majority Whips vs. Scare Force One.
In the first bout, the DC DemonCats are looking to avenge a close 154-102 loss to the Cherry Blossom Bombshells from their first meeting in the regular season opener. Two-time defending champions Scare Force One look to continue their dominance this season after defeating the Majority Whips 292-88 in their previous matchup this season.
Doors open at 3 p.m. and the action begins at 4 p.m. Tickets are $12 for ages 12 and up, $6 for children 6 to 11, and free for kids 5 and under. Tickets are available in advance at ticketmaster.com or at the door on bout day. Individuals with a valid military ID can purchase tickets for $10 at the door.
