The New York Giants Are Super Bowl Champs Once More!

For the second time in four years the city of New York can relish yet another Super Bowl victory after defeating their foes, the New England Patriots 21-17 in a 2010 repeat performance.

The Giants' tenacity helped them weather player injuries, calls for Coughlin to receive his walking papers, and two loses to the Washington Redskins.

"It's been a wild game, a wild season," Manning said.

With New England's Rob Gronkowski not being a real threat (26 yards, two catches) coming off a left high angle sprain, and a dropped pass by Wes Welker, the claim New York staked early in the first half the game, continued.

“I always make it. And in the most critical situation, I let the team down", a saddened Welker said.

Meanwhile Manning's 38 yard pass, in traffic, down the left sideline to Mario Manningham that gave the Giants a hope a prayer, and real good field position.

With :60 seconds to go, and New York in the lead, Giants' running back Ahmad Bradshaw went straight up the middle (seemingly a no Patriots zone) for a 6 yard TD. Manning instructed Bradshaw not to score as to keep the opposing team from planning an attack.

Bradshaw missed the memo, but not the end zone, and took his rightful place in Pat's end zone giving the Giants their second Super Bowl win over New England.

Manning, the game's MVP, finished 30 for 40 for 296 yards and one touchdown, while Brady was 27 for 41for 276 yards with two TDs and one interception.

A Super Bowl celebratory parade is being planned for Tuesday, in the Big Apple.
