During this year's White House Easter Egg Roll, professional players and coaches from professional sports teams will teach kids how to play sports and show kids easy, fun ways to stay active and fit. A few from our area are included.
In the Eggtivity Zone include Olympic stars Tyson Gay and Bryan Clay; Lorenzo Alexander with the NFL; DC United’s Bryan Namoff, Josh Wolff and Ben Olsen; the Washington Nationals Jim Riggleman, Adam Laroche and Ryan Zimmerman; along with Sean Casey and others.
Alana Beard and Crystal Langhorne (pictured above) of the Washington Mystics, Nick Young from the Wizards, former basketball player Darryl Dawkins, and the Harlem Globetrotters will participate in basketball.
