Can We All Just... Keep Our Hands To Ourselves?

**Latest update, on the latest update** (Part IV)

We received another statement at 5:12 pm today. It was revised, updating the initial statement received at 5:01 pm today to read:
"We are hopeful that the tube will be removed by Friday, and if the lung does not respond then a commonly performed procedure using a scope will be performed to repair the lung. Brandon should be released within 48 hours afterward. We expect 100 percent recovery where he can resume his offseason training in two to four weeks.
That doctor's press conference I mentioned below looks real necessary about now.

**Latest Update. ** (Part III)

Latest statement from Brandon Banks' agent, James Gould.

“Brandon is doing fine; he has been moved to Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, under the care of Redskins team physician, Dr. Anthony Casolaro. The knife nicked his lung creating a pneunomothorax condition. He still has a chest tube inserted and it will remain until the wound heals and the lung remains inflated.

“We are hopeful that the tube will be removed by Friday, and if the lung does not respond then a minor arthroscopic procedure will be performed. Brandon should be released within 48 hours afterward. We expect 100 percent recovery where he can resume his offseason training in two weeks.

“We were hopeful that the tube would have been removed this past Monday, but the wound was not healed at that time. Brandon is in good spirits, especially after speaking with his friend, Christopher Nixon. Brandon would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Howard University Hospital for their care and appreciates the outpouring of love and support from his fans, teammates and the Redskins family.”

End statement

Our commentary: Maybe would should get a doctor's statement instead, like they did for Gabby Guiffords, because Gould's statements go from Banks having a superficial wound (which we were originally informed), to his lung being punctured.

"If the lung does not respond"? In case you haven't figured it out, this is major.

This is far, and I mean far, from being a "surface knife wound". We're talking a lung here. We're talking a collapsed lung, which is the definition of a pneunomothorax condition.

Able to attend training season, indeed. I have serious concerns about Banks' recovery time, as well as his agent James Gould who hands out misleading (at best) and sketchy info.

When is the doctor's press conference scheduled?

Prayers up!

DC URBANSPORTS POST EARLIER THIS MORNING.

I have no words after reading the disappointingly new developments surrounding the incident with Redskin Brandon Banks and his so-called 'life-long' friend who were, together, involved in an altercation that still leaves Banks in a local (HU) hospital.

New developments in the case are pointing to 5'7 Banks as the instigator in this incident.

Can we all just keeps our hands to ourselves so we can all just get along?

If the allocation is true, I will say: Brandon, we expected better of you (and your teammates). Don't mess up the opportunity, and the life, you've been given.

[Don't let *(*(*(*&(& your (&(& in the **)*]

The above news today overshadows the hiring of Sean McVay as the team’s tight ends coach.

From sneakers, to suits. Oh, so you thought because you're a playa you should just get in right?

Dress the part. You wouldn't return kicks without suiting up without your helmet, would you>
