Vancouver Olympics Add 'The Washington Three' (Plus One)

Congrats to three members of the Washington Caps for getting the nod to become members of the Russian hockey team during the 2010 Vancouver Olympic games.

Washington Capitals goalie Semyon Varlamov, along with guards Alexander Ovechkin and Alexander Semin were selected.

This makes the second go round for Ovechkin, while Varlamov and Semin will enjoy their first time on the Russian Olympic squad.

Also participating in the games will be 1996 Olympian, and DMV native, Dominique Dawes.



Dawes will take on the role of broadcast journalist for Yahoo Sports during the 2010 Winter games.
