The two were engaged in an arugument in which Henry jumped in the back of a pickup truck Tonga was driving as she was leaving the Henry residence. Henry somehow fell out of the back of the truck into the road a few miles from his home where he sustained head injuries that had him in the hospital overnight.

He succumbed to those injuries earlier this morning.

The former couple have three children between them, one each from previous relationships.

Henry, to his credit, was trying to restructure what he called an 'immature past'.

Henry who was placed on Injured Reserve when he broke his left forearm during a win over Baltimore on Nov. 8, was just 26 years old.
