On Wednesday, the Lady Mystics found themselves behind by 10 points in the fourth quarter. Their impressive rally to catch up fell short in their 79-78 home loss to the San Antonio Silver Stars. Becky Hammon scored twenty-one points, while Sophia Young added 20, giving the Stars (6-6) the one point win.

Lindsey Harding was the lead scorer for the Mystics (6-6) with 18 points (four assists), while All-Star nominee (and Player of the Week) Alana Beard added 17. Mattee Ajavon also scored double figures for the home team with 14.
