**(Any Given) Sunday**

Redskins Host Philadelphia Eagles at FedEx Field

I couldn't help but add this piece into this blog segment since Jamie Foxx is in town this week, and I finished watching one of my fav football movies, Any Given Sunday, in which Jamie had the role as the team's quarterback (al beit 3rd-string).

The movie even mentions recently departed former Redskin quarterback, Sammy Baugh.

Odd that the movie came out in the same month, December (1999) that Baugh passes, that Jamie visits DC, has a birthday, AND a new album release. (Another 'things that make you go - hmmmm!' moment)

I do hope the Redskins watch this movie before they play Philly on Sunday.

Here's a bit from the movie's ending song.

"Sacrifice, don't give up the fight. Everything will be alright - on any given Sunday.

Depends on you whether you win or lose. You know you have to pay some dues - on any given Sunday.

When you win, well you'll thirst again. Wish that day would never end - on any given Sunday."
Watch the movie here | and here.
