HU Men's Basketball Gears Up For New Season!
Hosts Brother-In-Law of President-Elect, Barack Obama

As the Howard University Bison men's basketball team, led by head coach Gil Jackson, gear up for another season of HU basketball, they face their first opponent, Michelle Obama's brother.

Craig Robinson, the brother of first-lady Michelle Obama, and his Oregon State Beavers, will pay a visit to Washington this Friday at Burr Gymnasium in what plans to be a historical game of college basketball.

It is uncertain if president-elect Barack Obama, and first lady, Michelle Obama will make an appearance, but it certainly will be a game that's not to be missed.

The Bison held their annual 'Fright Night' event this past Saturday that gave fans a sneak preview of what the men's basketball team has to offer.

The event, hosted by WKYS' morning DJ, Russ Parr, featured drills, thrills, and eventually a scrimmage between the team mates.

Tickets for the upcoming season, to include this Friday's Oregon State game, are on sale now.

Visit www.howard-bison.com for info.
