A Purple Army Obliterates the Burgundy and Gold.
Tough loss Sunday night for the 3-11 Washington Commanders as they fell to the 5-8 Vikings in a monstrous, Minnesota 0-31 beatdown.
AD:
Injuries abound.
QB Jayden Daniels reinjured his left elbow and TE Zach Ertz is likely out for the season with an injured ACL.
The Vikings (redeeming themselves from their own 0-26 blowout last week by the Seattle Seahawks) were too much this week for backup QB Marcus Mariota who posted a dismal 2-of-4 30 yards passing, one INT, a fumble, and just 7 yards on two carries.
In an overwhelming juxtaposition, Minnesota's QB, J.J. McCarthy, put on a football clinic passing for 163 yards, no turnovers, and 1, 2, 3 touchdowns.
Ho hum Commanders' fans anticipate a no-Playoff season for the second time in as many years, after having a commanding regime, new owner, coaching changes and a stellar 2023 playing season.
But, how do we fix this season?
Social media is talking. (It's always talking).
