Per the marketing material FMB&F "is an inclusive, high-intensity fitness experience developed by Floyd, himself, where patrons can experience boxing, strength and cardio intervals to make you look and feel good and leave with more than just a great sweat."
It’s branded as ‘the best group boxing workout in the market”
and offers boxing HIIT, power boxing, championship boxing and personal
training.

DC UrbanSports was introduced to the 528 North Henry Street
location in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia (there's also one in Bowie, MD).
The cost to join is roughly $119 per month and includes all classes, gym access, and personal training.
