Tennis great (and Washington Kastles' favorite grand slammer) Serena Williams takes to the court in fine fashion at this year's Wimbledon games.
The power, and on the court grace, of Williams has surely been missed this year as she struggled to recover from a foot injury she sustained when she stepped on glass leaving a Munich restaurant, just days after winning Wimbledon in 2010.
To this day, Williams says she can't explain how the cut has caused such a mess, calling the episode a "mystery", much "like that of the Loch Ness monster".
When Serena wins this year (we're being ambitiously optimistic) we look forward to seeing her here in Washington as she returns to play with the Washington Kastles on July 7th.
Her sister Venus kicks off the Kastles season on July 5th.
