Congrats to both men on being inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame!
Henderson, (elected the first year of his eligibility) is widely regarded as the sport's greatest leadoff hitter and baserunner, holds major league records for career stolen bases, runs scored, and leadoff home runs.
At the time of his last major league game in 2003, the 10-time AL All-Star ranked among the sport's top 100 all-time home run hitters; he was also the all-time leader in walks, a record since surpassed by Barry Bonds.
Both will be inducted July 26, 2009. Read their amazing stories: Ricky Henderson | Jim Rice.
