Wizards Fall To The Knicks!

The Wizards lost to the New York Knicks tonight at the Verizon Center, 114-108.

You could see a lot of hustle and flow from the Wizards as they pressed to come back in the 3rd quarter, getting within a single point, and even gaining a one point lead after being down by nine.

Caron Butler had 30 points on the night, in front of Antawn Jamison's twenty-four; but it wasn't enough as the Knicks began to pull away amid some sharp three point shots from several Knicks players.

As the Knicks' mantra, Doing It Together suggests, you can see that indeed, they did.

Knicks', Zach Randolph, had 22 points with 13 rebounds, while Wilson Chandler and Nate Robinson each scored 17.

Wizards coach Eddie Jordan said the Wizards team "couldn't make the big plays", and cited the inconsistent schedule of playing one night, and having three nights off, wasn't helping.

"There's no rhythmn", said Jordan.

The Wizards are in Orlando tomorrow against Superman, Dwight Howard, and the rest of the Magic team - where it's hoped their rhythm can at last, be found.
