TMZ, (the celebrity stalker newsaper/TV show) is reporting that Baltimore native, and 2008 8-time Olympic gold medalist/swimmer, Michael Phelps - has paid over $1m for a pad at Baltimore's National Harbor.

The complex has a rooftop terrace, a private screening room, a state of the art gym, and a clubhouse with pool tables (for starters).
